This estimate is based on structural drawings. The proposal is for the installation of the repairs and up-grades to the house foundation as shown on S2. Our price includes all labor and material to complete the work as per the itemized Scope of Work below.

Notes
• Elevations and secured batter boards to be provided by General Contractor performing the remainder of the project.
• General contractor to provide access to the rear yard of the property for drilling operations with track rig equipment and off-hauling operations with a track loader.
• All soft demolition and hard demolition to be provided by General contractor as well as openings inside the existing house for access and or pipe pile installation.
• Broken-down numbers are not self-supporting. The bid is provided as package.

Qualifications and Clarifications
• Job is bid as package unless agreement to otherwise
• Includes one mobilization only.
• Prices are subject to adequate supply of rock, concrete, asphalt, PVC resins, PVC pipe, fittings at prices quoted at bid time and are good for 30 days.
• Proposal is based on working std 40 hours per week, 5 work days and mutually agreeable schedules.
• Progress payments every two weeks.

Note: This bid assumes contractor will be performing services as a Sub-contractor to a General Contractor. Bid assumes contract will utilize standard contractual provisions. It reserves the right to accept or reject General Contractor’s contractual provisions.

Exclusions
• Cost of plans, permits, bonds, testing and inspections.
• Increased costs of excavation or drilling due to hard rock, underground water or caving. (Hard rock drilling is defined as a penetration rate slower than 1ft. in 5 minutes). (Hard rock excavation is defined as material that requires the use of a pneumatic or hydraulic breaker to excavate).
• Demolition of existing slabs over 4” thick or concrete foundations deeper than 12 inches from existing grades.
• Underpinning/haunch installation to foundations deeper than 12” from existing grades.
• Hard or soft demolition.
• Structural/earth shoring.
• Metal I-beams/metal work or any related not mentioned above.
• Provide or install of shrink/leveling grout.
• Excavation of hazardous materials, underground tanks, or materials unacceptable at dumps.
• Architectural concrete, color concrete or any type of special concrete finish product.
• Additional cost due to utility obstructions including any additional work on underground utilities or buried pipes.
• Supply or installation of embedments other than foundation “J” bolts.
